Refund Policy

Profit or Refund Guarantee

At CopyHero, we believe in the value of our service. Our "Profit or Refund" policy is designed to ensure that you only pay for a service that delivers results.

The Profit Guarantee

If our copytrading service does not generate a net profit for your account after your first full month of service, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your subscription fee.

Important

This refund policy applies to your first month only. For all subsequent months, if CopyHero's copytrading does not generate enough profit to cover your subscription fee, our policy transitions to a free month guarantee — meaning that month's subscription will be provided at no charge until performance recovers.

Eligibility & Timeframe

To maintain a fair environment for all users, the following conditions apply:

  • Duration The refund request can only be initiated after you have completed one full month (30 consecutive days) of active copytrading with CopyHero.
  • Definition of Profit A refund is applicable if the total closing balance of your trades (initiated by CopyHero) is less than the initial starting balance at the beginning of the 30-day period.
  • Claim Window You must submit your refund request within 7 days after your first month of service has concluded.

Exclusions

While we refund our service fees, we cannot refund costs outside of our direct control. The refund does not include:

  • Platform / Exchange Fees Any trading fees, commissions, or spreads charged by the exchange or brokerage platform.
  • Slippage Losses incurred due to market volatility or execution delays on the exchange side.
  • User Intervention If the user manually closes trades, changes leverage settings, or withdraws capital during the 30-day period, the profit guarantee is voided.

How to Request a Refund

If you have completed your first month and did not see a profit, contact our support team at support@copyhero.com with the subject line:

"Refund Request – [Your Username]"

Once we verify your account activity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
